At HubSpot, customers were facing challenges in connecting tools and data across their accounts, making it harder to discover value and drive growth.

To address this, I led a discovery initiative to identify common pain points across the product. Based on these insights, I developed a strategic proposal that was adopted into the roadmaps of four teams spanning different product areas.

Driving a 174% increase in automation tool usage through content usability testing

I partnered with two teams to refine how we communicated data quality in a customer’s CRM.

As data quality concepts grew more complex and touched multiple areas of the product, I aligned teams on clear, consistent terminology. This strategic alignment led to a 174% increase in usage of the automation management tool.

Senior Content Strategist | Support Operations | 2019-2020

Optimizing a knowledge base to improve self-serve support

At Mailchimp, I designed a custom dashboard to track how customers interacted with a suite of 570+ help articles. To gain deeper insights, I audited, labeled, and tagged each article in our CMS, allowing us to assess the performance of key content types.

 

By identifying and improving low-performing articles, I increased self-serve rates and established a long-term maintenance strategy for the knowledge base.
